Last Sunday was the 81st birthday of Paul McCartney. It seems like only yesterday he was wondering what it would be like to be 64-years-old and now he’s past the 80 year mark!
In honor of this fab birthday, I’ve got six links to online articles about the former Beatle and leader of the Wings band and there’s also a video link to a classic SNL skit with Paul and Chris Farley.
And then there’s the MBIP Coming Attractions as to what’s happening on the blog next week. Yeah, yeah...yeah!

MBIP COMING ATTRACTIONS
Monday: I had a rare Saturday afternoon outing yesterday a the Sound of Peoria. They had a one year anniversary, with tacos, snacks and snow cones and I was there. You can see pictures of the party tomorrow.
Tuesday: We’re continuing our 23 week grilled cheese tour and this week we sampled a fabulous grilled cheese at The Fieldhouse in Campustown. My friend Cassie joined me for this cheesy night on the town.
Wednesday: It was Relics anniversary Saturday so I stopped in and dropped off a gift for Deb and got one for the Sound of Peoria. This was a multi-tasking visit!
Thursday: I’m continuing to sample sweet and savory summer fare and this week I stopped in at Wonderdog. Of course I got a Wonderdog and I also got something really different for a sweet treat. Tune in on Thursday to find out what it was!
Friday: I’ll be cooking something up on the MBIIP Grill, I need to figure out what I’m going to cook this week. Find out Friday!
Saturday: We’ll be taking another trip back in time for this week’s Meanwhile, Back In Peoria’s Past post.
