Live from Peoria, Illinois, it’s Saturday Night, starring this week’s host, WeaverRidge Clubhouse and featuring special guest stars, Matt, Madeline, Tabitha, Tara, Ron, Renee and David.
Now, please welcome this week’s host, WeaverRidge Clubhouse!
I haven’t been to WeaverRidge Clubhouse since I went there back in 2019, almost two years go to this date.
Just like back then, I’m going there with my friend Matt and his daughter Madeline. Off we go to revisit WeaverRidge Clubhouse!
Like so many places, WeaverRidge was closed for a while due to the pandemic and then they did some remodeling, but they are back open and there’s always been a misconception that this is a private club, but the dining room and golf course are open to the public. So stop on by and enjoy this place. Everyone is welcome here!
Here we are in the foyer and that’s Tabitha behind the hostess station.
We walked through the main dining room where there’s lots of seating and there’s also a nice bar in the center of the dining area.
Madeline met up with her friend Charlotte in there.
We decided to sit out on the outside patio area.
Tara was our pretty waitress and she reminded me that I had taken her picture years ago when she was the owner of The Locker Room before that became Kenny’s Westside Pub. Click here to see a link to that post. It was great to see her again!
The view of the golf course is beautiful! And just to remind everyone, the golf course and this whole place is welcome to the public, you don’t need to be a member to eat, drink or golf here. Just stop on in and enjoy this fun spot!
We started off our dinner with an appetizer of the pretzel bites. These were so delicious and they come with a rich cheese sauce.
I started off dinner with a cup of the Cheeseburger soup. Matt got a house salad.
The cheeseburger soup was really delicious. It had chunks of ground beef and potatoes in a cheesy soup and it was rich and delicious. A great start to another fabulous meal at WeaverRidge.
Here’s our main courses for the evening dinner.
Matt got the Prime Rib special, Madeline a grilled cheese sandwich with waffle fries and I got a half rack of ribs. Everything looks amazing and it’s time to dig in to this Saturday night dinner!
The ribs were juicy, savory and so delicious!
Matt and Madeline enjoyed their dinner and said that everything was very tasty.
The food here is amazing and once again, let me remind you that this place is open to the public for dinner and for lunch, Wednesday through Saturday.
After dinner, Matt was hosting a party in a room that WeaverRidge is just opening up.
It’s a party room with golf simulators, a pool table, dart boards and all kinds of fun things inside. Let’s go take a look.
The room is large and filled with all kinds of fun things to enjoy and as I’ve mentioned, this is open to the public. They’re just opening this place up and down the road they’re going to have homemade pizza available here as well as other snacks and a full bar.
There’s two golf simulators, gaming machines, a pool table and state-of-the art dart machines to enjoy.
WeaverRidge also has rooms for weddings and other events. If you’d like to book this room or reserve a package for a wedding, contact Emily Fischer at 309-262-6571.
This was a fun night and I met Ron who’s a stone mason and Renee and David who I had a fun time hanging out with.
You need to stop by and check out WeaverRidge Clubhouse. This is a fun spot with golfing, games and fine dining that’s open to the public.
Thanks to Matt and Madeline for inviting me to this fun and enjoyable evening!
