Okay, I’m sick of eating tacos on Tuesdays. I’m looking forward to this whole pandemic thing to be over with so I can get back to my Tuesday food tours. I have a fun one in the planning stages, but I can’t start it till I feel comfortable dining in at restaurants again. I’m hoping that will happen in the next couple of months, after I get vaccinated and feel safe again.

Till then, I thought it might be interesting to take a look back at what was happening a year ago at this time on the MBIP blog. Last year at this time we had just heard about this strange Coronavirus, but most of us thought that somehow it wouldn’t happen here in the U.S.

Let’s take a trip back to the blissfully ignorant week of February 23rd, 2020 to see what we were doing back in those happy pre-pandemic times.
