I was in the mood for a margarita and a taco and so, it’s off to bar number 18, which handily is Los Cabos Cantina & Grill! I think I can get both of those items there!

Bar Number 18: Los Cabos Cantina & Grill, Tuesday January 27, 2026
Here we are at Los Cabos Cantina & Grill, as usual, it’s absolutely freezing out here, so let’s get inside where it’s warm.
I have mentioned how much I hate winter on here, haven’t I? Oh, good.
There’s the main dining room and it’s colorful and filled with Mexican styled art, but we’re headed to…
The bar!
It’s equally colorful in here and I love the orb lights hanging over head and that highly polished wooden bar.
Let’s take a seat and get settled in for the evening!
Vicki was the friendly and pretty bartender and here she is serving up a large margarita!
There’s Caesar serving up some fresh chips and salsa. They were a delicious start to tonight’s Mexican dinner.
I placed my dinner order with Vicki and we’ll take some photos while that’s being prepared.
There’s the back of the bar with three TV’s and a nice inventory of booze!
They have five frozen margarita machines over here and there’s the six taps in front of the bar.
There’s tables lined up against a faux stone wall opposite the bar.
Meanwhile, back at the bar…
Dinner is being served!
I started off with an appetizer that I forget the name of and they don’t list appetizers on the online menu. Whatever they’re called, they were delicious and the sauce really topped them off with a rich and creamy flavor.
José who’s a co-owner of Los Cabos came over and said hi. He said things have been going great in here.
Wonderful to meet and chat with him and I’m glad this place is being supported by Peorians!
And here’s our main course, I got a taco, a tamale and a side of Mexican rice. Let’s dig in!
That was a large and tasty taco and the dinner was delicious!
As I was heading out the door, I snapped a final photo of Caesar with two of his pretty co-workers!

I just had one drink at tonight’s dinner, but it was a 20 ounce margarita, so it counts as two!
