I know this is starting to sound like a broken record, but I got nothing done on the book this week. As I’ve said many times, it’s too hard doing the blog and then trying to write in between the blog and my personal life.
So I’ve decided to take two weeks off around Xmas and I’ll announce those dates when we get closer to them. I’m hoping to devote all that time to the book and finally finish the writing end of it. Now that this year is almost over, I’m guessing the best case scenario for the book is next summer because once it’s written I’ll have to get it laid out, get cover art and then upload it to Lulu.
I was so busy last week I didn’t even get any videos filmed, but below are three random paragraphs from the forthcoming book!
——
I was excited on the subway ride home and I went home and called Clare and told her I might have a job and a place to output fishwrap for free. She said that sounded great and it was nice to have some positivity happening in my life.
I went to the P&G Bar which was located a couple blocks from me on the corner of Amsterdam and 73rd and had a few celebratory drinks with Steve the bartender and told him that I might have landed a job in the city.
Steve handed me a beer and said, “This one’s on the house. Welcome to New York City, my friend!”

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
