This grilled cheese tour has been a real learning experience in grilled cheese sandwiches for me.
I had no idea that The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill had a specialty grilled cheese sandwich. Our special guest star of the day suggested it and so that’s our destination.
And who is this mysterious special guest star? Well keep on scrolling and you’ll find out!
Here we are at The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill in Capmustown.
As you can see there’s a beer patio out in front, but it’s too hot to sit outside! Let’s go through the doors to start this week’s cheesy adventure!
There’s a couple free seats at the bar, let’s go get settled in!
Alice was the friendly and pretty bartender working the bar this evening and here she is serving up the first beer of the night. Cheers!
I got here extra early to get my photos done before we meet this week’s cheesy guest of honor.
Here’s the tap’s behind the bar, the draft list on the wall and this colorful board of specials next to it.
Here’s a couple shots of the dining area and the gaming room strategically placed behind the dining room for all of you gamblers out there.
There’s a classic Bradley basketball painting and some of the merchandise available at The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill.
The backroom is a big space that opens up when there’s overflow in here and it can also be rented out for private parties.
Meanwhile, back at the bar…
Here’s our special guest star of the week, my friend, Cassie!
Great to see Cassie and it’s been too long since she’s been on the blog! She’s looking beautiful and it was great to see her and catch up on things.
Cassie was the person who suggested The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill for a grilled cheese way back when I announced we were starting this tour.
I appreciate her suggestion and it’s so wonderful to see her again!
And speaking of their grilled cheese sandwich, here it is in all of its glory!
They serve up a corned bread grilled cheese with pepperoni and this is quite the specialized grilled cheese sandwich.
They serve it up with a cup of tomato soup and this looks absolutely fabulous!
As you can see the soup is rich, creamy and oh so delicious!
It was the perfect soup to dunk the sandwich in and this was such a unique and delicious grilled cheese sandwich!
The corned bread was buttery and flakily delicious and made for such an original and tasty grilled experience!
There’s Cassie looking pretty and enjoying her sandwich!
It was great to see her and catch up on things! It’s been too long and I hope to see you again soon, Cassie, thanks for hanging out and thanks for this week’s cheesy suggestion!
Cramer came out of the kitchen and said hi. He cooked tonight’s meal and it’s always a treat to see Cramer!
