This coming Tuesday, April 4th marks the 59th anniversary of the day that The Beatles held the top five spots on the Billboard charts. That’s a record that’s never been beaten and probably will never happen again.
In honor of this quintupletive anniversary, I’ve got six links to online articles about this musical moment in history and a video that highlights the top ten hits of 1964.

MBIP Coming Attractions
Monday: Last night I went to a restaurant in Washington, Illinois that I had never been to: Brickhouse, BBQ & Brew. It was a fun night and the food was delicious! I’ll have photos from Saturday night tomorrow.
Tuesday: We’re continuing the MBIP 23 week grilled cheese tour with a stop at The 50’s Diner and our grilled cheese guest star of the week is the owner and operator of ACME Comics, Bob Gordon!
Wednesday: We’re taking the monthly Scott Turley Road Trip to Perdue’s in Tremont, Illinois to sample their unique Peanut Butter and Jelly Chicken Wings!
Thursday: A week from today is Easter Sunday, so of course I took a trip out to Northwood’s Mall to get my picture taken with the Easter Bunny!
Friday: I’m not sure what I’m doing Friday, I’m trying to think of a new series for Fridays, so we’ll see what I come up with.
Saturday: We’ll take another trip back in time with yet another, Meanwhile, Back In Peoria’s Past post.
