Okay, it’s the 9th and final week for the Keens Steakhouse Goldbelly Box. We’re down to one hamburger and one last bun.
I thought I’d make a Sloppy Joe Sandwich with a little bit of a nacho cheese twist. Let’s cook!
The main ingredients are fairly simple, clockwise from left: The Keen’s hamburger patty, Nacho Cheese Sauce, the Keen’s hamburger bun and a can of Hunt’s Tomato Sauce.
I also raided the spice cabinet because I want a lot of flavor in this Sloppy Joe Sandwich!
I buttered the hamburger bun, cut it in half and we’ll toast it in the pizza oven.
Now we’ll brown the hamburger, drain the grease and then add the tomato sauce and all of the spices!
It’s already smelling fantastic and we still have the special ingredient to add…
The Nacho Cheese Sauce! I added two tubs of the cheesy sauce to the Sloppy Joe mixture and I think we can plate up our final Goldbelly Keens Steakhouse meal.
The buttered bun is toasted perfectly and I poured a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe mixture on top.
And for those of you that complain that all I drink is Budweiser, check out the Laguntas IPA!
My friends Amber and Joe gave me a six pack, so this week we’re getting all fancy with the beer! Thanks, Amber and Joe!
Okay, it’s Sloppy Joe time, let’s dig in!
Wow, there’s so much flavor going on here! And the Nacho Cheese takes it over the top!
That was a delicious Goldbelly box and next week we’re going to do a wrap-up of it and announce the next Goldbelly box we’re going to be eating!
Stay tuned!
