Okay, for this week’s frozen pizza review we’re going to be sampling Udi’s Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza. I happened to see this pizza and realized that I have never heard of it and I’ve never had a gluten-free pizza in my life.
Honestly, I’m not really sure what gluten is and I really don’t want to know, so let’s just keep moving along here.
Here we are in the frozen pizza aisle, let’s go find a pizza and head back to MBIP World Headquarters!
And through the magic of these here interwebs, we’re back at MBIP World Headquarters Kitchen and Tasting Area.
I got a Udi’s Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza. As I said in the introduction, I’ve never heard of this pizza and I’m not sure what gluten is, but today we’re eating gluten-free.
I hate it when products have shit like this on their merchandise: “Now Bigger & Better!”
So all the poor slobs that bought this pizza before got a smaller and inferior product? What the fuck?
And who’s to say in a month, that this one will be smaller and inferior?
We better eat this quick before it’s outdated and third rate!
There it is unboxed and the cheese distribution looks nice and even, I always love that!
We’ll pop it in the oven and it’s going to take about 15 minutes to cook up.
While it cooks, check out this video: Trying EVERY Frozen Pizza in our grocery store.
A couple rates frozen pizza while ours cooks up. Enjoy!
Okay it’s done and it looks pretty good!
Time to season up this gluten-free pizza pie!
And it’s all sliced up into four easy pieces. It’s almost a Jack Nicholson movie!
Box photo to actual pizza comparison: It’s pretty close and a nice and honest representation of the pizza on the box.
While the pizza cools down, let’s enjoy one of my favorite pizza movie scenes of all time. “A lovely cheese pizza just for me,” from Home Alone.
Okay, let’s try it out.
It’s not as crispy as I like but all in all it’s a decent frozen pizza pie. And I can’t even tell that there’s no gluten involved!
One of these days I really need to find out what the fuck gluten is! But not today.
I’ll give it a 6.7, not the best frozen pizza I’ve ever had, but it was tasty and pretty good.
