I know today is Easter, but it’s also the 57th anniversary of the day that The Beatles held the top five spots on the Billboard charts. That’s a record that’s never been beaten and probably will never happen again.

Monday: I decided to get my Saturday night take-out meal from Ming Shee, one of Peoria’s most enduring Chinese restaurants.
Tuesday: We’re going to be taking a look back at the first week of April in that foul year of 2020, when we were in full lockdown mode!
Wednesday: The Broadway Lounge has re-opened and they’re serving lunch now. I went and had one of their tasty bread bowl soups and got some photos of the unique lounge and cabaret. They’re re-opening in phases and soon there will be live entertainment! I’ll have the whole schedule on the blog.
Thursday: I’ll be reviewing another frozen pizza this week, so stay tuned for that!
Friday: Will we finally have a problem-free afternoon while eating the entire menu at Panda Express? Find out next Friday!
Saturday: We’ll go back in time and shine the saucy spotlight on yet another Pizza of Peoria!
