Yesterday I heard the song, “Incense and Peppermints” by Strawberry Alarm Clock on WIRL radio and whenever I hear that song, I think about the fact that they were busted for pot and for bible burning in East Peoria in 1968 and ended up in court in Peoria with infamous attorney, Melvin Belli who got them cleared of all charges.

Monday: I went to a new restaurant in Peoria and had a wonderful bacon cheeseburger, fries, cole slaw and custard. The restaurant is Bones and it’s located in the new Keller Station shopping area.
Tuesday: I’m not sure what I’m doing for my Social Distant Sunday post, but I will be posting my Sunday dinner, so tune in for that.
