Well, we’ve had two good weeks of Arby eating in a row! Check those posts out by clicking here and here.
The last two week’s were surprisingly good, so let’s see if we can keep this momentum going as we enter week number seven of eating the entire menu at Arby’s.
As always, let’s let Puddy start this week off, what does this feel like Puddy?
I have my doubts about today’s Arby’s meal because it involves two sliders stuffed with their roast beef that so far hasn’t been too tasty.
Check out the first two roast beef reviews here.
But this has to be done, so it’s off to the drive-through we go!
Here we are and there’s only one car in front of us at the drive-through. After a couple of minutes our order is out and into the MBIP Mobile in record time! Hopefully this is a good sign.
Here we are back at the MBIP World Headquarters Kitchen and Tasting Area, time to sample this week’s Arby’s selections.
Just like last week, the sliders are served in containers that are open at the top and that still disturbs me.
I like my food totally wrapped up, especially when we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
Well, this doesn’t look too promising. There’s that grey meat that Arby’s tries to pass off as roast beef.
There’s also some sort of white cheese product that’s making these sandwiches look very slimy and very grotesque.
I’m not looking forward to this, but let’s take a bite of these two suspect slider sandwiches.
First Bites
Roast Beef Slider: This isn’t quite as bad as the roast beef sandwich because the bun isn’t as soggy. I described the roast beef sandwich as tasting like the pandemic, but this sandwich tastes more like the flu, so hopefully it won’t kill me.
Jalapeno Roast Beef Slider: This tastes just like the Roast Beef Slider, but there’s tiny Jalapeno peppers on top, so it tastes like the flu with a very high temperature.
The Verdict
Thumbs down on both of these sandwiches, I really don’t enjoy eating things that taste like a disease but this is 2020, so I guess I should’ve expected this!
