Okay, it’s Thanksgiving and I don’t have to work today...actually, I don’t have to work any Thursday as Thursday’s are my usual night off, so this holiday is kind of a gyp for me. Anyway, in light of this festive holiday, I’m kind of taking the day off from the blog and getting my snack tray ready to take to my sister’s dinner. So here we go with another patent-pending, MBIP Quickity-Blickity Holiday Post! Blink and you'll miss it, don't blink and your eyeballs will dry out. The choice is yours!
This is a wonderful turkey-day piece of art that “Boris” made up for me back in 2009 for the first blog I ever did called, “The Marty Wombacher Show.” I can’t believe that was seven years ago! Well, seven years have gone by, I’m back in Peoria and I’ve been working on my fifth blog, MBIP for almost four years now! And if you’re reading this, I’m thankful for you and everyone else that stops by and looks at this. It’s really made my time here in Peoria a lot of fun. But if nobody was reading and looking at it, I don’t know if I’d have the energy and drive to do it every day. So thanks so much to all of you for reading and tuning into MBIP, have a great holiday and thank you, as always, for the aintree iron! Have fun, everyone and if you're drinking...well, don't stop, that way a hangover never happens! Cheers to you all!
