I found a listing for Reba’s Mutual Tap online while looking for bars here in Peoria. I’ve never been to this bar, so that’s where we’ll go tonight for our 150th stop on our 365 tour. The listing says that it’s a cozy bar experience. Let’s go and see how cozy this place actually is!

Bar Number 150: Reba’s Mutual Tap, Sunday June 28, 2026
Here we are at Reba’s Mutual Tap on Adams Street. I thought that the bar didn’t have a sign, so I took this photo and went inside.
But then yesterday, while working on this post, I happened upon this photo online and the sign is actually on the other side of the building! I thought about just using this photo, but then I thought that would be cheating and I also wondered if this sign was still up.
So I went back yesterday afternoon…
And sure as shit on a shingle, there it is, in all of it’s glory, The Mutual Tap sign on the other side of the building!
Okay, now we can go back to Sunday evening…
There’s a pool table in the front room that greets you as soon as you walk in the place. I think the bar is in the back over there…
Yep, there it is and there’s plenty of seats, so let’s grab one and get settled in on this Sunday evening.
Jo was the lovely and friendly bartender on duty and here she is serving me up an ice-cold can of Budweiser.
This is the set-up in the front room for their Karaoke nights in here.
There’s a boxing machine over in this corner and chairs and tables line this wall with the Nascar schedule on it.
A wooden island stands over here with a gaming room directly behind it.
There’s a dartboard right next to the gaming room.

This was a nice evening in here and yes, it’s quite cozy indeed!
