I met Stephen the Chef who owns and runs Grill ‘Em All at Ulrich’s Rebellion Room when I had lunch there a couple weeks ago with Phil Luciano. He said he was going to be cooking at The 808 Room in East Peoria for the month of February and I made a note that I should go there for dinner in February.
Well, today is that day, let’s head over to the 33rd bar of this tour over in East Peoria!

Bar Number 33: The 808 Room, Wednesday, February 11, 2026
Here we are at The 808 Room on Meadows Avenue in East Peoria.
Wow, the place is huge, let’s go in and start our 33rd visit to a bar.
The bar just opened a couple hours ago, so there’s not a lot of people in here yet, but I do see a couple of familiar faces over there at the bar…
It’s my friends and frequent guest stars on the blog, Amber and Joe! Always great to see them and they are looking fabulous today!
Stephanie was the pretty bartender on duty and she co-manages The 808 Room with her husband, Shaun. Here she is serving me up a 16 ounce can of Pabst Blue Riboon! We’re off to a nice start in here!
There’s the back of the bar and the half dozen rotating beers on tap.
Here’s Stephen, the aforementioned Chef from Grill ‘Em All who’s the Chef here at The 808 Room for the month of February. And what happens after February? Well, you’ll have to stay tuned to The 808 Room’s facecrack page and follow along!
Shaun’s hours for cooking and serving food here for February is: Tuesday through Friday: 5pm to 9pm and Saturday: 3pm to 7pm.

There’s a Golden Tee machine and state of the art dartboards over here and opposite are gaming machines if you’re in a gambling mood.
On the other side of the room are two Diamond pool tables and a bandstand for the live music that happens in here.
Meanwhile back at the bar…
Stephanie’s husband Shaun has arrived and it was great to meet him! They’re both very friendly people and wonderful hosts for The 808 Room!
Now it’s time for dinner at The 808 Room. There’s the Grill ‘Em All menu and you order at the window where Chef Stephen is waving from!
I was told I could wait at the bar and my dinner would be delivered to me shortly, so that’s exactly what I did.
And whoomp, there it is! Tonight’s Grill ‘Em All dinner from The 808 Room.
I got the Smoked Buffalo Wings and an order of the Dirty Fries.
The Dirty Fries are crispy French fries topped with fry sauce, green onions, tomatoes and crunched up Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. They are so flavorful and such a unique and tasty treat!
The Smoked Buffalo Wings were absolutely delicious! They were nice and crispy on the outside and had a delicious spicy and smoky flavor. Some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had!
This was a delcious dinner and you should stop by the 808 Room to sample some of the Grill ‘Em All’s delicious food that is expertly cooked and prepared by Chef Stephen!

I had four Pabst Blue Riboon tallboys throughout the afternoon and early evening at The 808 Room. Thanks to Stephanie, Shaun and Chef Stephen for a fun and delicious evening in East Peoria!
