Last Thursday was Thanksgiving and I have one Thanksgiving tradition I faithfully follow every year: After the dinner is over and I come home, I make sure that my refrigerator is well-stocked with liquid refreshments and then I watch the best Thanksgiving movie ever made: Planes Trains & Automobiles.
If you’ve never seen it, do yourself and watch it this year and if you have, I’m sure you’re like me and you watch it every year around this time.
Below are seven links to online articles and a video about the movie’s deleted scenes and of course below that are the upcoming MBIP Coming Attractions!

MBIP Coming Attractions
Monday: Craig Moore and a cast of talented local musicians put on a two show tribute to The Rolling Stones last Friday and Saturday at The 3300 Event Center and I went to both shows and it was a fabulous time! I’ll have photos from both performances on tomorrow’s blog.
Tuesday: We’re continuing the MBIP Doughnut Tour with our fourth stop at Intuition Coffee + Juice on Main Street.
Wednesday: Speaking of coffee shops, I went to a real unique coffee shop here in Peoria called, River Kitty Cafe. This is a coffee shop that not only stocks coffee, tea and other drinks and pastries, it also stocks cats that you can play with and adopt! This place just opened up last March and I’ll have photos and a post from here next Wednesday.
Thursday: I’m going to post some Christmas lights and decorations next Thursday. I’m not exactly sure where from, but tune in and find out!
Friday: I’m going to start a new food series called “Friday Bites” which will feature pick up food, homemade food, lunch with guest stars and I’m going to kind of make it up as we go along!
Saturday: We’ll take another trip back in time as we post another Meanwhile, Back In Peoria’s Past post.
