Live from Peoria Heights, it’s Saturday Night starring this week’s host, Peoria Heights Wine & Bistro and featuring special guest stars, Chris, Michael, Sara and the musical stylings of Kirk Wessler!

Now please welcome this week’s host, Peoria Heights Wine & Bistro!

Peoria Heights Wine & Bistro is the restaurant formerly known as Water’s Edge Winery & Bistro. They’re waiting on a new sign in this transitioning period.

But anyway, it’s good to be here!

As I stepped inside I saw some familiar faces!

There’s Chris, who’s the General Manager here and Michael, who’s the owner of this place.

They told me business has been good and that’s great to hear!

Since I’m dining alone tonight, I went and took a seat at the bar and Sara, the pretty bartender on duty served me up a drink and took my dinner order.

I love it when this happens!

There’s the beers on tap behind the bar and since this is a wine bar, there’s plenty of bottles of vino behind the bar.

And this is one of the few, if not one of the only bars where the wine is made in-house.

Here’s the winery that makes the in-house wine here, this is very impressive!

In addition to the dining room, there’s several comfortable stations in here to relax and enjoy a drink.

Plus, there’s a nice outside patio to enjoy a libation and enjoy some live music.

I got the Shrimp and Sausage Pasta and it was so tasty and delicious! It’s served in a delicious vodka sauce and it tastes even better than it looks, if you can imagine that!
