I’m doing another Marty Monologues Show and if you don’t know anything about that, check out the MBIP page (I need to update that soon) here and the facecrack page here. Chelsie Tamms from Lettering Works has designed and created the new poster and art for the show and you can check that out right below this paragraph.
She did a fantastic job with that and I’m really excited when I look at it. I’m also extreme.y nervous because right now I have the stories picked out and the theme of the show is all set, but nothing is prepared, I don’t have the introduction written and there’s a ton of other loose ends to start putting together and I have about two months to do all of this.
So every week, probably on Thursday’s I’ll be taking a “Marty Monologues Day” to work on the show. I’ll probably be taking the last week of February and March off to work on it as well. My goal this week is to get the introduction written and rehearsed, so I’m going to go do that now. I’ll have an update on that next week, so you can look forward to that.
It’s also been freezing as fuck-all outside and at least that will be over this weekend. Okay, that’s all for now, I’ll let you know next week how I did with the introduction!
P.S. This show is a three city tour: Peoria, Chicago and New York City! If you live in Chicago or New York and want to go, email me about getting tickets!
