A Guy Walks Into 365 Bars…Again! Bar Number Four: Racks on the Rocks • Tuesday, January 13, 2026

by MBIP

Farmington Road in West Peoria is known for a strip of bars there and don’t worry, I’ll be hitting them all, but there’s also something else on that strip: A professional billiard parlor and it’s called, Racks on the Rocks. And in addition to the many pool tables it houses, there’s also a giganzo bar in there.

And tonight it becomes bar number four on the 365 bars countdown, let’s go!

Bar Number Four: Racks on the Rocks • Tuesday, January 13, 2026

That’s the colorful outside sign that hovers over Farmington Road.

There it is, Racks on the Rocks on Farmington Road! It’s a big building, let’s go inside and see what’s happening in there!

Wow, it’s like a fancy, giant airplane hangar in here filled with pool tables! Let’s go find the giganzo bar…

And there it is, I told you it was giganzo! Let’s grab a seat and get settled in.

Kevin was the friendly bartender on duty and here he is serving me up a bottle of Budweiser. Cheers!

Casey was seated nearby and this is his first time in Peoria. He lives in Mississippi and is here for a work training assignment.

We had a nice conversation about Peoria, the world today and how it was so much better back in the day!

There’s part of the back of the bar and the half a dozen beers on tap.

As you can see from these two coolers, they have plenty of canned and bottled drinks to choose from in here!

Pool is what people come here for, so let’s take a look around at some of the billiard action happening in here tonight.

As you can see, there’s plenty of pool tables in here and they all look well taken care of and they’re in tip-top shape!

There’s a decent crowd of pool players in here tonight enjoying the tables and atmosphere.

There’s also a gaming area in the back and a trio of dart boards over here.

Most people come here for the pool…

I came for the bar…so there!

We’ll see you all tomorrow for another stop and another bar!
