Here we are at this week’s Saturday night cheeseburger destination, Ulrich’s Rebellion Room on Main Street in beautiful downtown Peoria!

Harp…Irish Pub…Guinness…Hike!

Okay, let’s go in and start this week’s Saturday night dinner adventure!

I love the highly polished wooden bar and normally I’d plop down here for dinner, but this week we’ve got not one, not two…but three dinner guests…

And there they are all settled into a booth and looking fabulous, clockwise from the left, Amber, Joe and Jake!

It’s wonderful to have them along for this week’s Saturday night dining edition!

Robin was our pretty and friendly waitress and she brought us some drinks and took our dinner orders.

Suddenly…condiments!

There’s a nice Irish piece of art on the wall and there’s a dining table up front with a window overlooking Main Street.

There’s a long shot of the bar and as you can see, it’s very well stocked with a large liquid inventory.

The kitchen is at the end of the bar and there’s the man cooking up our dinner order, Brandon!

Always great to see Brandon and he said things have been going great here at Ulrich’s, that’s wonderful to hear!

Meanwhile, back at our booth…

Our Saturday night dinner is starting to arrive!

We started out with an appetizer order of their chicken wings.

They serve a large order of spicy, dry-breaded wings. They were crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The wings had a nice spicy zing and were a fantastic start to our Saturday night meal!

Now the main courses have arrived!

Jake got a Bacon Burger, Amber got an Ahi Tuna Sandwich, Joe got a Barbecue Grilled Chicken Sandwich and he and Amber split an order of Cheese Fries.

Everything looks fabulous!

All three enjoyed their dinners and said the food was prepared perfectly and was quite tasty!

And now, it’s time for this week’s Saturday Night Cheeseburger!

They have several styles of cheeseburgers on the menu and. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon Burger and it looks fantastic. I got a side of the homemade potato chips and they were a salty and crispy treat.

I added a healthy dollop of mustard and now let’s dig in!

This is one delicious and satisfying cheeeseburger!

The burger was cooked perfectly and it was flavorful and juicy. The cheddar cheese was rich and the bacon was thick, savory and smoky. The bun was bakery fresh and this was a fabulous cheeseburger!
